QUALIFIED LEAD TEACHERS:Our facility strives for the best and in order to offer the best childcare services we begin by staffing the best people. We are looking for highly motivated lead teachers who are willing to make a positive difference in the lives of our children and parents. To be a part of our team, we are looking for a candidate with the following criterion:
Skills
-Promote a positive learning environment in the classroom
-Create and Implement Weekly Lesson Plans
-Ability to Follow Curriculum Guidelines
-Tenacity to Inspire Learning in Creative Ways Each Day
-Knowledge of State Regulations Regarding Childcare
-Ability to Maintain a Clean, Orderly Classroom and School
-Dexterity to work successfully in a team environment
-Great Problem Solving Skills
Qualifications
-21 YEARS of age or older
-Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Early Childhood or Education, but not required)
-NC Childcare Credentials 1 & 2
-At least 4 Years Experience in an Educational Setting
-Criminal Record Check
-Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
-Knowledge of State Regulations
-Practices Professionalism
-Ability to Lift 35 lbs.
-Motivated
-Must have a valid driver’s license
-Computer skills (preferred)
